Harbour Ville Hotel ★★★

the room was as shown in the pictures the hotel staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel charged me instantly when I made the booking although it was a cancellable booking. Upon inquiring they first said they have not charged and that its booking.com. However, they later said that they charged because there was a bug in the booking. I lost some SGD 30 in the reversal of payment The pillows were too thick for me to sleep comfortably and I really had to insist on getting a flat pillow, which they couldn't get because they said the hotel was fully booked and they don't have it. Next evening they gave me a pillow which was equally thick. I got a superior double room, but its bathroom was still as tiny as anything. The washroom would not dry after shower even after a day. The fan inside the bathroom was very loud and I had to shut it down for peace.

The staff were very accommodating. The room and the rest of the hotel were clean. The location is decent.

First room was right next to several AC units, that were very noisy and impossible to sleep from. In other rooms, AC were difficult to control (too cold), and the window didn't close well (causing too much humidity). There also was no plug in the bathroom for shaving.

The location was convenient and easy to access to different places. The room setup was cozy and nice.

I have no negative comments. Everything was allright.

The place is decent and serves all your basic stay needs. It is near Harbourfront and Mount Faber, so it made for good hikes and outings.

The "Privacy/Make up room" option could have been explained at the front desk.

Parking is convenient and the place is quiet.

The air-con is not cooling at room 804

Near shopping area.

The surrounding area abit dull.

I like most is the vicinity to Vivo city and harbour front. It’s near to town area and Mount Faber park.

I didn’t like the toilet door. It is not secure in terms of privacy as there is a vertical gap at the side of the door when the door is close. I also notice there’s ants on the table. But to me it’s not an issue.

Well it's quite and cosy ambience. No noise and safety is there. The air-con also good and acceptable.

Well not that i dont like, its just am a little dissappointed the room given not the same as per advertised in your ads. One more thing is the toilet must have the pipe for cleaning near to the toilet seat for easy cleaning ourselves.

Noise from heavy vehicle as opposite is PSA.
